These disclosures apply to MOB purchases fulfilled by Leads TFC. The linked provider policies govern those purchases. The amount, lead quantity, selected states, and one-time billing terms are displayed before checkout. No recurring billing is authorized by the one-time purchase form.

I have read and agree to the Leads TFC Terms and Conditions for this purchase.
I understand that leads are digital goods and delivery is complete when they are made accessible to me. Aged leads are sold as-is with no refunds or replacements under the policy. Real-time leads have no monetary refunds and may qualify for a discretionary replacement of up to 10% only for verifiably disconnected phone numbers. I will contact support first about an order or payment dispute. Applicable statutory rights are not waived by this acknowledgment.
I have read the Leads TFC Privacy Policy and understand that MOB shares my identity, license, selected states, order, and electronic authorization details with Leads TFC for payment processing, fulfillment, support, and recordkeeping. Card details are entered directly with FanBasis / Commas.
I am authorized and appropriately licensed for my insurance outreach. I am responsible for applicable calling, texting, email, privacy, Do Not Call, and state insurance-marketing requirements. Buying lead data does not itself give me permission to call or text a person. I will honor opt-outs and the resale/use restrictions in the Terms.
Typing my full legal name and continuing records my electronic signature for the acknowledgments above. I can save or print the purchase policies before continuing.
Your signed authorization, disclosure version, order details, server timestamp, and browser information are retained with the order. A buyer IP address is recorded when available from the hosting platform.
Delivery and use
Leads are delivered digitally through the order’s delivery sheet or another agreed delivery channel. Check your order history and notify support if you cannot access delivery. Product descriptions determine the delivery schedule. Purchasing leads does not guarantee contact rates, sales, or revenue.
The provider terms restrict resale, sharing, or transfer outside your business within 30 days without written permission, and restrict redistribution while you have an active conversation with the lead. Your outreach must independently satisfy applicable requirements.
SMS choices
This purchase does not enroll you in marketing texts. SMS consent, if separately requested, is optional and is not a condition of purchase. For the LTFC messaging program, message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
